Acceptance of the terms

These terms govern access to and use of playkirin.com, the download of Kirin and the use of the application.

By using this site or downloading the application, you accept these terms.

What Kirin is

Kirin is an Android application designed to run games and fangames created with RPG Maker XP on Android devices.

Kirin works as a runtime or execution environment. The application does not include commercial games, fangames, resources, graphics, music, data or third-party projects.

Allowed use

Downloading and using Kirin is allowed only for personal and non-commercial purposes, unless expressly authorized by the developer.

The user is responsible for using Kirin only with games, files and resources they have the right to use.

Third-party games and files

Kirin does not distribute third-party games and does not include copyrighted content belonging to other authors, studios, communities or companies.

The user is responsible for obtaining their games and files from legitimate sources and respecting the corresponding licenses, permissions and rights.

Kirin is not responsible for misuse of games, resources, modified files or content downloaded from external sites.

Official download

The official download of Kirin is offered through links published on playkirin.com and other sources authorized by the developer.

It is not allowed to reupload, mirror, redistribute, modify for redistribution, sell, repackage or publish the Kirin APK under another brand or on unauthorized sites.

To avoid security risks, we recommend not installing modified versions or versions distributed by third parties.

Prohibited uses

It is not allowed to redistribute the Kirin APK without authorization, repackage it under another name or brand, sell it as your own application, use the Kirin name or logo to simulate an official source, or distribute third-party content without permission.

Early Access

Some versions, features or early tests of Kirin may be available through Early Access using external platforms such as Patreon.

Early Access may change, be suspended or end at any time, especially during development, testing or maintenance stages.

Early Access does not guarantee full compatibility with every game, device or Android version.

Compatibility

Kirin is under development and may contain errors, compatibility limitations or performance differences depending on the device, Android version, game used and project files.

There is no guarantee that every RPG Maker XP game will work correctly. Some games may require adjustments, complete files, specific settings or future Kirin updates.

Updates

Kirin may receive updates to improve performance, compatibility, security, controls, interface or general behavior.

Some updates may change existing features, modify app behavior or require manual APK reinstallation.

User responsibility

The user agrees to use Kirin at their own responsibility.

Before installing APKs manually, the user should make sure the application is downloaded from an official source. It is also recommended to keep backups of saves, games and important files.

Kirin is not responsible for data loss, saves, settings, files, incompatibilities, installation errors or problems caused by unofficial versions.

Intellectual property

Kirin, its name, visual identity, website, texts, original elements and application belong to its developer unless otherwise stated.

Third-party names, brands, games, engines, resources or projects belong to their respective owners.

Using Kirin does not grant rights over third-party brands, games, resources or content.
